Rich will often bring in an element of competition to my training which makes it fun even when it’s hard work which pushes me further every time! I’m now in my late 40’s and I know the training is keeping me healthy, physically strong and mentally refreshed.

Training with Rich has made such a difference to my strength, fitness and mental wellbeing. My body was feeling achey and weak, with pain in hips, lower back and knees. I was quick to put this down to aging and menopause.
